A journey to the heart of art



Being a typical high school-er, I thought I lost interest about the field trip ever since I knew that there won't be and amusement park in the itinerary and the only ride we'll experience is the bus. As HUMSS students, we were assigned to visit dull and tedious museums—that's why I 
refrained myself from anticipating.
That's what I thought. Not until we arrived to our second destination—the Metropolitan Museum. Covered with crystal clear glass and squeaky clean tiles that you can already see your reflection. This museum, in my most honest opinion, was the highlight of the trip. If you're an art enthusiast, I would highly recommend you to visit the Metropolitan Museum. It is a home for aesthetically-pleasing artworks that will definitely satisfy your eye. The tour will offer you an exclusive privilege to witness the evolution of Filipino art. Unfortunately, the only downside of the museum is that taking photos, even without flash, is prohibited. A proof that they are really strictly protecting and preserving the natural forms of the original and precious art pieces.

What’s the best thing that a student should do after a stressful school work? After all those mind-wrecking and brain-damaging exams and quizzes? Those sleepless nights, all the efforts and everything? It is a well-deserved rest or in short, FIELD TRIP. Sharing with you our adventures inside Metro Manila and some of its museum that taught us something about the past. Let’s start off with the first destination which is the Mowelfund Museum. This place will welcome you with a refreshing view because of the trees and grass that gives the place a light and enjoyable feeling. Jussel's gr11 journey

9 months of nonstop schooling surely has brought the best and the worst in us. I can still remember the days when Im so looking forward to being a grade 11 and move here at baliuag university. I really thought senior high was going to be easy and will be just like high school, but unfortunately it was far from what I've had expected. But even though life here is tough, I still managed to survive and I even get to experience what it was like to become an honor student. I couldn't have done it first of all it it weren't for God's never ending grace, and next is my classmates who supported me and believed in me when I couldn't even to myself. In my 13 years of studying, I can tell that Grade 11 is way better than my past school years, but no doubt it is the most stressful too. I'm so lucky to be able to survive this freaking stressful school year without having a failing grade. I know this is not the end and I know this is not the worst, but I am just glad that...

I woke up early that morning because yes, I'm so excited because we’re gonna have a fieldtrip. Having some fun and quality time with my friends. We are really enjoyed with our tour guide but sometimes it gets so annoying because of her loud voice, we learned something new from her. We first went to Mowelfund Museum which i find so cool because a celebrity hunk is there hahaha. I learned so many things and facts about the Philippine movies. Next is the Metropolitan Museum that is boring but really a interesting one. It's somehow boring because we just sit there for an hour and wait for the other buses, it makes me so sleepy.
